We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase of Aquastraps but if for any reason you are not totally happy with the product (even if you have used the straps for several weeks) just return them to us within 60 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price (NB: This guarantee only appies to straps purchased from this website - Please check your stockists returns policy if purchasing from other retailers).

Our product guarantee

All efforts have been made to ensure that the straps perform exceptionally even under even extreme conditions but in the event of any part of the strap assembly failing within the first year of use (for whatever reason). Just return the failed part along with proof of purchase for a 'no quibble' replacement.
